At Viraaya Weddings (Viraaya Weddings TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED), we strive to provide the highest quality wedding planning services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent.

Viraaya Weddings has created one of the most customer friendly refund policy in the wedding industry.

We wish to provide our customers a comfortable space, where they get an opportunity to interact and engage with our wedding experts in detail and understand how we can be your significant partner in bringing your dream wedding to life.

For clients opting End-to-End Services

*Assisted Venue Visit Condition

If at any point during or beyond the Refund Validity Period, an assisted venue visit is conducted by Viraaya Weddings - whether to one or multiple venues as agreed upon basis the proposal shared - the booking amount becomes non-refundable.

For clients opting Non-Venue Services

If at any point during or beyond the Refund Validity Period, any service (like but not limited to, Photography, Mehendi, Makeup, Decoration etc.) is booked via Viraaya Weddings - the booking amount becomes non-refundable.

Note: The above refund policy only applies to the refund of the initial Booking Fee paid by the client

Refund Policy for Non-Venue Service Bookings via Viraaya Weddings

At Viraaya Weddings, we understand that wedding planning is a long journey - typically spanning 6 to 9 months.

We recognize that unforeseen situations may arise, leading to service cancellations.

To protect our customers, Viraaya Weddings offers one of the most transparent and customer-friendly refund policies in the industry, the first of its kind, as outlined below.

Applicable Refund Terms

Important Notes

Cancellation date is considered the date on which written communication is received by Viraaya Weddings from customer
Refunds apply only to services booked via Viraaya Weddings and the amount paid to Viraaya Weddings against the said service
Above refund policy for booked services doesn't include venue as a service

Upon receiving the cancellation request, we will promptly verify the reason for the same.
After verification and subject to the validity of the request to Terms and Conditions of Refund Policy, we shall initiate the refund of the originally paid Booking Fee, to your original source of payment and it should reflect within 3-4 business days.
